The laryngeal papilloma is one of the commonest neoplasms found it the young people.
The most of laryngeal papilloma are jusually so extensive in its involvement, recurring with such rapidity and identinite effect to some treatments, that many investigators have ciassified it as morpho xologically benige but clinically malignant from all practical aspects.
The etiology of laryngeal papilloma is not confirmed at present, but two factors such as intrinsic and :extrinsic may be considered.
The intrinsic factor may include age, sex, gene, nutritional state, hormon, vitamin, enzyme ant etc, ant the extrinsic factor may include chronic mechanical and chemical irritations, infection (viral and bacterial) and etc.
The present report is based on the typical findings and progress of one case of laryngeal tapilloma ,observed for the past 15 years at our department.
A special attention was directed more to the change of the tumor region during the course than to any new therapeutic methods employed.
